Reset 2FA for Careview Connect


How to Reset 2FA?


  1. Login to https://app.careview.io/login 
  2. Go to ResourcesIndividual Providers.
  3. Individual Provider screen displays.  Click on Connect Management.
  4. Connect Management screen displays. Click on the 2FA icon beside the User Account you wish to reset.
  5. The Two-Factor Authentication screen displays.  Under Actions, click on Reset 2FA.
  6. A 2FA Reset confirmation popup screen displays.  Click on OK.
  7. Ask the User to Logout and then Log back into Careview Connect and they will be presented with the Security Method selection screen.
